You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us immediately at legal@ujama.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. Each account is for a single named user - sharing credentials is not permitted unless you hold a multi-seat subscription.
Ujama is offered on Explorer (free), Professional, Institutional, Government, and Enterprise tiers. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in GBP exclusive of VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. UK public sector organisations may request purchase order billing - contact legal@ujama.co.uk.
You must not use Ujama to violate applicable laws, gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure, reverse engineer our software, scrape data with automated tools without written consent, upload malicious code, harass or discriminate against any person, misrepresent your identity, resell access without our consent, or process data in violation of data protection laws.
All intellectual property in Ujama is owned by or licensed to Ujama Ltd. You retain ownership of data you upload and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Reports and AI outputs generated by Ujama may be used for your internal business purposes but do not constitute independent professional advice.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you upload personal data of third parties, you are the data controller and must have a lawful basis for sharing it with us.
Ujama is provided "as is". Analytics, AI briefings, compliance checks, and scenario outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional planning, legal, environmental, or financial advice. You should verify outputs with qualified professionals before taking action. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We aim to provide 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ujama with at least 30 days' notice for material changes to paid features.
You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by emailing legal@ujama.co.uk. Upon termination, access ceases at the end of your billing period and data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts immediately for material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us at legal@ujama.co.uk before commencing legal proceedings.
