Who we are

Built by people who believe cities deserve better data.

Ujama is a London-based urban intelligence company. We build tools that help planners, developers, and public sector teams make faster, better-informed decisions about the built environment.

Urban intelligence for everyone who shapes the city.

Too many planning decisions are made with incomplete data, slow processes, and siloed tools. Ujama exists to change that. Ujama brings together geospatial analytics, AI-generated insights, and compliance screening into a single platform - so teams can spend less time gathering data and more time acting on it.

We work with local authorities, property developers, and urban researchers across the UK, building infrastructure that makes the planning system faster, fairer, and more transparent.

Our values

Data integrity

Every score, index, and insight we surface is traceable to a primary source. We do not fabricate confidence.

Accessibility

Urban data should not be locked behind enterprise contracts. We price for teams of all sizes.

Transparency

Our methodology is open. We publish how we calculate domain scores and how our AI generates reports.

Public benefit

We measure success by the quality of decisions made with our platform, not just the number of seats sold.
